I offer an extensive list of training programs that will be customized to fit your personal needs. Whether you want to lose weight, make a lifestyle change, get healthy, rehab an injury or train for a marathon, I will build a program to work for you. These individual programs can include endurance training, strength training, weight training, functional training, agility training, marathon training, Pilates and many others. It is important to me to incorporate many styles of training to keep things fun and interesting as well.  Getting healthy should be an enjoyable experience and I am here to help with that.

 

All training sessions are appropriately provided with Indoor and/or outdoor training sessions. The indoor sessions are located in a Private, full-time fitness training studio. No memberships, no lines, and no crowds.

In all of my training programs, nutrition and weight loss become an essential part of the new you. One of the most important aspects is to be comfortable with your personal trainer, but it is also important that they are certified or have a degree in nutrition. A trainer can give you the best workout program in the world, but if is not followed up by a sound food program, the results you want are not going to happen. The food program is 85% of the success.

Rehab Your Body

If you are looking for a rehabilitation or corrective program, I am a trained correctional exercise specialist. These rehabilitation programs include coordination, flexibility, core strengthening and balance, accompanied with the moral support only a Life Coach can give you. I specialize in shoulder, back, knee and ankle injuries.

Marathon Training

Marathon Training is no easy feat.  I can work with you to build your endurance over 12-20 week program depending on your current level. Contact me for more details and pricing on Marathon specific training.
